1. Relationship & Scope of Directory Services
Scenely Depts (scenelydepts.cfd) acts purely as a centralized, searchable B2B directory matching professional film art coordinators and agencies with physical set builder resources, stage space providers, and prop inventories. Commercial lease negotiations, local building liability structures, insurance coverages, equipment malfunction damages, and individual crew arrangements are structured directly and autonomously between the listing host entity and the renting producer. We carry no formal agency status, broker liability, or representation guarantees for any rentals, spatial visits, or service deliveries negotiated offline.
2. Directory Profile Obligations & Technical Authenticity
Each listing entity represents, warrants, and guarantees that all published technical specifications (including architectural stage dimensions, pixel pitch ratings, electrical current access limits, acoustic rating benchmarks, and certified previous production credits) are completely authentic, verified by engineering specialists, and up-to-date. Providing falsified, misleading, or outdated technical metrics results in permanent termination of the studio profile, forfeiture of verification credentials, and complete blacklisting from our active network databases.
3. Account Integrity, Data Harvesting, & Acceptable Use
Users explicitly agree not to utilize automated tools, scripts, scrapers, crawlers, or direct API harvesting systems to extract directory information, email registries, or technical schematics from Scenely Depts (scenelydepts.cfd). Such data harvesting is strictly prohibited for the purposes of establishing third-party competitive directories, executing unauthorized data modeling, or dispatching unsolicited marketing materials. Violation of this provision triggers immediate blockages and prospective civil actions for database trespass.
4. Premium Subscription, Audits, & Billing Cycle Protocols
Studio operators opting for premium validation programs or recurring directory marketing packages agree to the payment schedules specified during the checkout process. Subscriptions are billed in advance on monthly or annual cycles. Cancellations must be initiated at least five (5) operational calendar days prior to the subsequent renewal interval. Fees paid for on-site engineering audits, compliance validation programs, and listing upgrades are non-refundable once visual auditing processes have commenced.
5. Limitation of Structural & Professional Liability
Under no circumstances shall Scenely Depts GmbH, its directors, employees, or technical verifiers be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages (including but not limited to studio down-time losses, filming production delays, equipment structural collapses, or on-stage regulatory compliance issues) arising from your reliance on technical metrics published on this platform. Users must perform their own due diligence prior to signing commercial physical lease agreements.
6. Governing Law & Arbitration Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For corporate entities and merchants, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these platform terms, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be decided by arbitration in Berlin, Germany, in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS) without recourse to the ordinary courts of law.
